We love nothing better here at Victoria Discovers than when one of our readers tells us “where to go”. On our recent search of family friendly restaurants on the Mornington Peninsula, one reader told us to check out “The Mornington Hotel” so that is exactly what we did…
Allowing our younger representatives to take the lead, we headed away from the bar to a separate section where children are free to play in their own dedicated area. A good sized indoor play area, as well as a separate games room, gave the kids the freedom to go from room to room. Whilst still under the watchful eye of their responsible adult.
The well priced menu offers a free children’s meal with every adult main meal purchased on a Monday or Friday. Though it is worth mentioning that Small Ideas members are able to claim a free child’s meal with every adult main meal any day of the week.
Though do make sure to check out special offers for some fantastic value. For example the express lunch was priced at $18 and includes a drink (beer, wine or soft drink).
Now that we have “discovered” the Mornington Hotel, we will sure to be including it in our itineraries as another great family friendly restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula.
