Victoria Discovers were invited by Urban Theatre Projects to experience their latest ‘Deep listening’ experience of Seasons in Blak Box.
The Blak Box is set up to emerge the audience in a sensory encounter in order to heighten hearing and focus into the minds eye. To listen and learn of the season’s and lessons as told by a number of spokespeople of indigenous tribes from around Victoria. Located on the observatory lawn of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Victoria Discovers were taken on a eye opening journey of the connection between Country and everything that belongs to it.
Seasons in Blak Box is a beautiful, touching insight into the land in which we call home and the teachings we should be following.
This exhibition is only on until 5th April so Victoria Discovers would strongly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
